So, Gemma's got the caregiver blindfolded, and taped to a wheelchair in the basement. Tara goes down to look at some her bruises, and takes pity on her, allowing one of her wrists free. With that, she's able to grab an oxygen tank, hit Tara over the head with it, and escape.

However, as soon as she's upstairs, she threatens Gemma with a knife. Tara follows her up and hits her in the head with something, and Gemma ends up accidentally stabbing and killing her.

They agree not to tell Jax or Clay what happened. But they are on their way to pick up Gemma so we can go to Vancouver and look for them.

Tig to the rescue. He calls Stephen King to clean up the mess. No idea what he does or where this woman's body goes, but he seems to be good at his job.

Meanwhile, the club needs money to pay for a mercenary to find Cameron and Abel. So Opie talks to Lyla and some of the girls do some sex work for the Chinese. And Lyla is one of those girls.
