WIP Wednesday! (Patreon)

I got a lot of comics done last Saturday, the 8th. I am trying to get as many created as possible so I can pre-load stuff before going on vacation for two weeks. This one is a single-panel comics because my previous comic was a big two-pager with four large, broad panels in it... so now I'm going to do something a little less ambitious.

 SO the first image is of course just the pencil version, and here I have inked it with PhotoShop layers.

 Removing the background and seeing in its "raw inked" form allows me to see where the mistakes and minor errors or flaws are. Not much clean-up on this one.

 And of course the color starts. It's always kind of cool (t me at least) to see how this eventually comes to be a complete image.

 Also in this case the image doesn't give away the punchline, so it is nice to just be able to use the whole comic for a WIP Wednesday! Juni is giving some instruction to someone here...

 And then the final image. From here it is the dialogue/word balloons. You'll see the completed version on Friday.
