WHY I’M GIVING UP ON MY FUJIFILM X100V? 4 of 6 (Patreon)

I love this camera, albeit not for the reasons I initially anticipated, but it is time to let it go.
To know the reason for my decision, you’ll have to wait until Saturday, whilst in the next days we’ll retrace my story with this exceptional machine (and my beautiful models).
One of the most successful use of the X100V for nudes must have been the reportage section on Linda’s shooting.
In this instance I nailed the mood and made some meaningful photos.
The recipe was right, but I still had problems digesting the awkward editing workflow.
There was a time I even considered selling the X100V to a friend of mine that asked me about it, and wanted to try it.
Fortunately he was unable to grasp the charm of this camera, mainly because it had no zoom lens, so I didn’t have to consider the eventuality to sell it to him.
And I was lucky, because the X100V proved invaluable in conjunction with my newborn passion for watches, as its close focus capabilities was perfect to fill the frame with small objects.
Taking photos of watches with my more professional cameras would have required a much harder work, whilst the Fujifilm was easy to carry around and use everywhere, I just had to frame the watch I was wearing on that day and take the shot.
Also in this case I started a new IG profile, and abandoned it soon after…

But in this case I gained 2 straps from @archerwatchstraps for having shared on their profile a couple of the photos I enclose in the bonus section of this post.
