A week of warmth (Patreon)

I found out yesterday that I missed the cold and wet weather the east coast got, so that's one more bad weather situation I've managed to unintentionally avoid, this time by going to Laredo TX.  I had nice weather the entire way, the worse was a rain storm, but the weather was +16oC

So, this morning I watched the Princess and the Frog. a Disney movie that's a few years old. I don't chase Disney movies down, but I know that I'll usually end up enjoying them, if only because they are basically Musicals, and I love myself a Musical.

The story is a variation on the Frog Prince, and it being a Disney movie you know how it's going to end the moment you know who the characters are. The good guys are goign to fall in love, the bad guys will get what he deserves, you're going to be a good number of fun songs, and funny jokes.

it was a fun ride, so I'd say it's worth getting the DVD at full price (not that you'll be able to anymore <chuckles> )

I'm not goign to start on the second book right now, mainly because I haven't really worked out how the story will be told, but Patron Kzorith, with whom I've discussed the story a little suggested "Heir to the Throne" as the title for the second book. I like it, but I think I'll shorten it simply to "The Heir"

With Missing Son done, I'm not sure what I'll be working on next, so I'm going to focus on the second draft of The Society until I figure that out. Speaking of which.

The Society got 5 Chapter rewritten, and my Alpha reader who has read them is happy with the result.

I'm a little stuck on Wasteful Death. It's needing more work then I expected at this point.  It might delay it's publishing a little.

oh, and before I forget. Due to comments from readers, Dietrich's Loss is getting more parts, seems that ending a story on a cliff hanger, because I don't know where it should go from there makes people clamor for more, so after thinking on it I have a second part done
