I thought it'd be cool to go for a different art style....but.....after finally getting the lines right, I might just drop them...

Does anyone really care...

I think no outlines looks better but outlines does it give it a unique cartoony look.

I prefer no lines too, but you never know when something like this will come in handy. Maybe if a future video has more cartoonish character or something.

The outlines add to that “The Wolf Among Us” kinda style like a Telltale game, which I DO LIKE, but like, I agree it looks good either way and if it’s too much trouble, I’d just scrap it and dedicate more energy elsewhere. At the very least, an idea possible for the future!

It feels like others have already covered everything I was going to say, haha. I see both pros and cons in having both the version with an outline and the version without an outline. The version with an outline seems to align more closely with the style you've been pursuing, creating a more cinematic and dramatic feel. On the other hand, the version without an outline, with its cartoonish vibe, might evoke a more creative atmosphere. Both seem acceptable to me.
