More development art for Caerdwyn's large Dungeons and Dragons patron reward piece. The brigands/pirates who are confronting the main protagonist are motley mixture of armor and gear. Possible designs of helmets that might be in the background of the piece.

I was more looking at the axe and headgearless guy with the epic mustache :p And yeah, when info is hard to get, there will be a lot of experiments. And a nice mix, too. The cheap one, the mid-level maille, and the reinforced plate helmet.
