Is the joke going on too long? Maybe so, but I'm going to keep going with it anyway.

Those runes sound a lot like nerves if you think about it. For that split second she activates them she is faster, stronger, sturdier. As if her nerves have been accelerated so she can percieve and act faster. Obviously not, but could be a way for Taylor to understand with her knowledge of bio-tinkers.

This is actually Bazett's canonical trick, just modified a little bit. I figure Scathach is enough of a genius that the idea isn't so novel she didn't come up with it herself.

Well the Fraga line comes from the age of the gods which would have been during Scath's time, IIRC. 200 BC roughly, give or take. Plus, Fragarch was Irish so there is some potential cross-over with the Fraga line. Perhaps Scath was an ancestor, or trained an ancestor? The Blade was said to have been wielded by Nuada against the Formorians which was around...-1800 BC if I am reading this correctly. So if anything, it's possible Scath learned it FROM the Fraga line.

They have some kind of connection to Nuada and Manannan, as evidenced by Bazett being a pseudo-Servant for Manannan, and there's definitely a connection to Cu, since his earrings are the catalyst Bazett uses to summon him. Of course, it's never been specified, so we don't know for sure.

I stand by my suggestion of Caliguligma. :D

It's also canonically what Cu is able to do if he has a Master worth a damn, and enough mana to do it. He spends the entirety of the 5th war pretty much starved of mana. With enough mana and a Master that he synchronizes with, he can rank up all his stats with runes, and rank up Gae Bolg in the same way. In that ideal circumstance, he's able to have a shot at taking down Berserker Herakles, it's just that he was in a really shitty situation for the entire 5th Fuyuki HGW.
