FYI, the actor that plays Ulrich (Oliver Masucci) also played a character in Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. Not that I recommend this movie at all, but if some of you thought they saw this actor somewhere else, there you go!

Also re:German the dub does an ok translation but so much of German acting is dialogue/voice so you'll just lose a large chunk of the soul/feel of the show, it's just not the same dubbed

I guess the weird part to me is that he noticed the different-colored eyes at one of the strangest moments, considering the lighting was dim. 😂 It’s odd that he didn’t notice when Old Claudia introduced herself to Bartosz as his grandmother for the first time, or even during the various flashbacks that zoomed in on her face when she was younger. I need english subs in english because sometimes people in english movies tend to be extremely quiet (barely understandable to me) or are kind of mumbling which makes it almost impossible for me to understand what they are saying. The absolute worst offender so far was Breaking Bad. Holy shit that was unwatchable to me without subs

I think for live action also, there is no way the mouth movement not matching the dialogue wouldn't be MORE distracting than reading subs. With Anime if it doesn't have super accurate mouth movements tied to the speaking, than listening to a dub doesn't feel so off in the way live action does.
